We know that no two people are exactly alike. We believe that people are individuals with different concerns, needs, and desires. This is why the first appointment is all about you.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
We truly believe in learning about the goals you have for your oral health before we recommend any treatment. To help establish these goals begins with your new patient experience where you and our doctors sit down and get to know each other. Our doctors want to talk with you about past dental experiences, and what you desire for the future. We also want to share our practice’s philosophy with you.
After this initial discussion, with your permission, you and our doctors will go through a full examination so that you can get a clear picture of your current level of health. Don’t worry, there is never any judgment. We’ll help you find out what good or bad habits contribute to your current level of health.
Gathering all of this information is critical in the role of co-creating a predictable plan to ensure that any dental work we do for you lasts a lifetime and is in alignment to achieve the results you desire. Our number one goal is to give you accurate information in the right environment for you to make the best choices for your health. We know patients want as little dentistry as possible in their lifetime. We want to guide you toward that freedom and become so healthy that you never need dental work again!
SCREENING INFORMATION
Your new patient examination includes a detailed health assessment, including all of the following areas:

Your jaw joint and bite

Your gums and supporting bone

Your teeth

Evaluation of any esthetic concerns

A thorough oral cancer screening
A review of any positive or negative dietary and home habits that contribute to your level of dental health.
We understand that this can be a lot of information, but we boil it down so you can understand your level of health, risk of future dental issues, and how you can achieve the goals you desire. No matter how easy or complex, we help you create a step-by-step plan that guides you to your goals while working within your budget.
FINANCING OPTIONS
We never want you to avoid dental care because of anxiety over financial concerns. We work hard with you to create a plan that fits within your budget and also maximizes your dental insurance benefits. Please don’t hesistate to call our office for any financial questions. We’d be happy to talk you through your insurance benefits and your payment options!
Asa courtesy, we accept and file all insurance plans and will be sure to maximize your insurance benefits. Our office is out of network with dental insurance companies. Many of our patients have dental insurance and we are always able to help them get their full benefit.
We have seen too often that the quality and scope of work that insurance companies allow for is less than ideal or complete. We think of dental insurance as a foundation in budgeting for oral health care expenses, but we design your treatment plan based on your dental health needs, not what the insurance company allows.
We work to deliver the highest quality long-term care for you, which can reduce and even eliminate future dental expenses. We also offer many payment options to make dental care as affordable as possible.
PAYMENT OPTION
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
We offer financing through Care Credit, which can allow for longer-term financing.
Care Credit is commonly used at medical, dental, and veterinary offices to allow for more flexible payment plans. With Care Credit, we offer a payment plan at a fixed interest rate for up to 60 months for amounts between $1,000 and $25,000.
